“I would live to chat with Hilton, regarding my three seperate stay at the Doubletree in Bay Cuty. I’m eager to hear back from Hilton, or the Bay City Regional. Towels were AWESOME”

“First and foremost the staff was exceptional. All helpful and checking in if we needed anything anytime we saw someone. Drink vouchers and buffet was an added perk we were not expecting. Walking distance to shops and other fun places. Short drive to boat ramp and Bronners. I recommend staying there as I would stay there again.”

“Bed bugs. Offered no refund for the property, we did not stay here due to bed bugs being reported.”

“I appreciate having a bathtub not just a shower”

“Manager was very helpful and helped with a speedy check in. Motel is in need of an update.”

“The barn door that they had for the bathroom fell off, the cupboard door under the television was torn off, the corner shelf in the shower was torn off and the bathtub backed up”

“We checked in and went to our room and went right back down to the front desk for a refund and went somewhere else”

“Breakfast was not great. We ended up going to Cracker Barrel. Pool was cold, cloudy, And to many kids in it for the size. Kids running up and down the halls till 10 pm. Carpet was dirty. Jot impressed. Staff was very nice. ”

“Decent gym”

“The property was under construction and looked nothing like the photos. Then once getting in the room, the tub was so dirty that my mom grabbed the towels to clean it and they were completely black. She then threw them away and while Checking out, they tried to charge her for the towels she used to clean their dirty tub. Awful experience and will never book here again.”

“Overall we had a great stay, but it started out very disappointing. My husband and I were on a getaway for his 50th birthday and we had stayed in a bed and breakfast the night before. I had scheduled spa appointments at 1pm so we figured we would go to the hotel early and see if they weren't sold out on a random Thursday night and perhaps they might have a room ready. We have traveled a lot and have never had a problem asking the front desk if they can accommodate an early check in. Sometimes,……

“Nice amenities, great location and friendly staff. ...But the in room refrigerator was dirty”

“The staff was awesome, especially Mr. Fehim He goes beyond the meaning of customer service and I will challenge anyone who says otherwise! He brought me anything that I needed including an iron and ironing board. This is a place to get a good night sleep and rest for whatever you need to do the next day. When I come back to Saginaw, I will be coming back to stay there and looking for Mr. Fehim!”

“Decent breakfast and the pool looked nice. Cleanliness was majorly lacking though. Dirt, hair and trash found around trim and in corners. I could tell it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. Had an issue with our room smelling like cigarettes and the staff was on top o it to try to make it better, got us into a new room with no issues. Property was very clean & well maintained. Was a bit hot in the pool area but the pool (which was heated)and hot tub were clean. Breakfast the following morning was nice with a lot of options. Would definitely stay here again.”
