Would give a 6th star if I could

This place was excellent. The property manager was very kind and punctual. The property itself has all the amenities we needed (laundry, proper kitchen, etc.). The location is very convenient with a shopping mall across the street, bus stop just outside the door, and a short and pretty walk to the beach (which goes through an awesome tunnel). This is a really great place to experience Madeira!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung.

Der tägliche Saunabesuch hat uns sehr gefallen. Der neue Vorhang hat den Strassenlärm erträglich gemacht. Eine längere Stange am Vorhang. So würde er sauber bleiben.

Wohnen in quirliger Umgebung:

Sehr angenehm ist die Möglichkeit der Mitbenutzung des benachbarten Hotelpools. Einkäufe des täglichen Lebens können im wohlsortierten Supermarkt gleich gegenüber im Forum Madeira getätigt werden und der tägliche Sonnenuntergang ist auf dem Weg der nahen Küstenpromenade am besten zu verfolgen. Sehr schön auch von der Terrasse des nahen „Teahouse“

Keine Hanglage was für meinen Freund wichtig war. Von Ihnen als Agentur wurde ich sehr gut betreut. Werde auch gerne bei nächstem Aufenthalt auf Madeira bei Ihnen buchen. Wie bereits geschrieben müsste der Eigentümer investieren. Gerade was das Sofa angeht. Daher auch nur 4 Sterne bei Sauberkeit. Der wöchentliche Reinigungsservice war gut.
