「The property has a great pool and a wonderful location that is truly in the center of everything. The size of the room was great for our party with three young children. However our room was not cleaned. We had to ask four times on our second day for the room to be cleaned and it was still not done by 7:30pm which was very hard with the children. The same thing happened the following day. We explained to the manager that we really needed the room done before 5 since we had both a special needs...

「It's far from the Great Smoky Mountains, the air conditioner had a problem the day we checked in, and they had it fixed later. But the hair dryer can't be used. The shower head sprays water out of the tub, and after a shower, you'll find water all over the floor and you'll have to clean it up. The towel is grey and I think other people have used it to wipe the floor and it's better not to use it.」

「A HUGE Shoutout to...Ms. SAMM and all the Staff is the best! I recommend booking a Suite... it is worth the extra space. Breakfast was truly one of the best there was something different everyday of our stay, and I must mention the water pressure for the shower is pretty good! OverALL a Great Stay!」

「This is the second time we've stayed here. The rooms are clean, and the staff is very courteous and professional. Convenient to get to Gatlinburg from this end of town also. It's right around the corner from Dollywood and lots of other attractions, but since it's not right on the main drag, there's very little traffic noise.」

「Great Hotel for the price. Pool was nice. Room was clean, floor could use a good shampooing as my feet were black when i got out of the shower walking around barefoot, but cant expect it to be spotless.」
