“An employee named Chris met me at the check in area and was so sweet and friendly. Really went out of his way to help me with my luggage and rolled the luggage gondola to my room. I'm nearly 80 years old and have back and leg problems. I didn't ask him, he just helped! The hallways are clean and fresh, the room pristine.I definitely wilk come back here again. ”

“My wife was hurt by a protruding bed frame part when getting into bed and when the hotel was made aware of it they said they were sorry and would give us a discount on the room price but, when we checked out we were told that it couldn't be done because we booked the room with Hotels.com!”

“It was extremely clean and comfy despite It being a dog friendly hotel. My significant other, dog and I were greeted with the nicest customer service you could ask for. The hotel was being worked on -> directly outside our room<- during our stay, however, we didn't even notice as the employees were so quiet and polite. This is definitely a hotel I will revisit.
