Great location to stores and town of Lexington. Lot is private with a great yard not too far from the lake. Perfect little sunroom for breakfast and dinner viewing the lake. Sunsets are amazing. There were a few things like the front porch light not working and some of the plumbing being a little loose that we thought could have been improved.
