“The apartment was clean and spacious and great for my needs. I liked being in a quiet neighborhood. It was a 15-20 minute walk to parts of campus, restaraunts, etc. It is a basement apartment, so be ready to hear the family moving around/talking above you. ”

“We had the absolute best stay here. The owners are absolutely adorable and you MUST check out their art studio downstairs. We will absolutely be back to see their flowers in the summer. Everything about this place is so convient and has so much charm! Much more character than the cookie cutter condos everywhere else in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Great host. I enjoyed my stay. On first night they did not have towels here. Also itDoesn’t have a lot of things you need for a stay. They had a very nice tv but I was here for Stanley cup games. I had to purchase a way to watch the games on tv because they had no way to watch anything on the tv. The AC unit blew air but not ice cold air. Over all I was very happy with my stay”

“We stayed at Central Suite for a wedding in downtown Golden. The place was convenient to all of our downtown activities and in excellent proximity to local hikes. We also drove to Rocky Mountain National Park one day which was a nice and easy drive. Overall the place was clean, though with a few dust bunnies. The kitchenette was convenient and had all the needed accessories. ”
