“Our stay at the Kestrel Hotel in Philly was great! The room was super clean and cute! The owners responded to my questions very quickly and made any instructions on access tot he room very easy to understand. It was also nice to have a luggage drop off room to store our bags before we could get into our room. Definitely going to stay here again!!! ”

“The property is in good spot downtown with several shopping and food options nearby. It was our first time in the city and navigating from the garage was simple.”

“The property is spacious, clean and has everything you might need. Not too many dining option. However, it is not too far from U Penn or the train station to go to downtown.”

“We stayed in unit E. The location was perfect for the convention center event. Parking was more than stated in the instructions, but it was still a good price. We could see the car from our window. You will need to use the earplugs supplied for night traffic noise and possibly bring an eye mask. The rooms are very bright with big windows esp. if you are sleeping on the sofa bed. Nice seating areas if you need to work on your laptop for work. The full-size kitchen is nice for heating up……

“The property was better than expected. The owner allowed us to check in early. Parking is an issue but you’re downtown. We parked a few streets over. Super safe and adorable neighborhood. Uber anywhere is pretty quick and easy. If ever we come back to Philadelphia, I would definitely be booking this property again.”

“We really liked this place. It was extremely clean, updated, and decorated well. It is rather small but was sufficient for our one night stay. The location was good and easy to get downtown. Parking out front is only two hour parking 8 am-10 pm but there is free parking any time a block away. One word of caution, they require a deposit for incidentals that you must send via Cashapp or Venmo for them to send you the entry code. All that being said, we did have a lovely stay, and I look forward to……

“This is the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in. It feels like it's just been remodeled. Very clean, stylish, perfect. We each had our own bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. So convenient. The upstairs living room and rooftop patio were fantastic. I wish the weather had been better so we could sit outside. It's situated on a street with a lot of restaurants but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Great apartment. Looking forward to coming back!”

“Cute studio apartment big enough for two people and maybe a child. Just be sure that you could comfortable with spiral stairs. Great location in a trendy neighborhood.”

“A super nicely decorated, and super clean and cozy property. I had some problems with the electronic locks, completely my fault, and well covered in the instructions. The gracious hosts were fantastic and talked me through getting it straightened out. Be advised that if you are on the upper floors there are stairs to go up and down. Very new interior very nicely done.”

“The location was excellent but the parking entrance was difficult to find and access, however once found all was well.”

“I found the apartment to be fantastic. The security is great two codes to get in one at the main entry door and one into the apartment. The bathroom was great note you have to wait a little while for hot water but that’s just down to pipes. Living room nice and big with the mounted TV. Bedroom the bed was comfortable and bedding was clean. Location ideal to subways. Also you have a target convenience store and a great bar “Drinkers bar” located a minute or two walk. Only two very minor……

“Location is good, close to city center. We were able to park easily. Has everything we need for a one night stay. ”

“It was a total disaster getting in to the place especially after an 8 hour drive. The road was closed and under construction. Trying to find parking and the location of the building was a complete headache due to the road closure. With that being said The host was very helpful in helping us find the location and very responsive. Once we found parking we were able to enjoy our stay. The place is very cute, clean, and well stocked.”
