「We lived in this hotel for 3 days, but had very bad living experience there. The hotel is not clean: the smell of sewer filled the whole room when we entered into the room every time . The quilt cover is very dirty, we found the smudge on the side which touch body, then put it on the prominent place of the bed hope house keeper can change one for us, but it shocked us that house keeper just turn the smudge side into inside!!!!! On the hand, the hotel has big problem on their hot water...

「The hotel is located right by the seashore. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included in the price, but would appreciate if the food could be of higher quality. The room itself is a bit aged and is perhaps not 5-star by today's standard. There is a shower and a bathtub in the restroom. There is some kind of odor coming out of the shower, probably something to do with the pipes. There is also no kettle in the room, but there is one free bottle of water. Perhaps time...

Two large slices of Prosciutto and Cheese … Two large, warm Croissants with honey and preserves … a basket of assorted bread … butter. Cappuccino, Café Americano … Hibiscus Tea with Honey and a shot glass of Lemon Juice … fresh glass of Orange Juice … Many thanks to Hotel Majestic and Budva, Montenegro. Mange Takk!」

「It was great, customer service was perfect, as the staffs were really nice and welcoming. The only thing that needs working on is communication as I texted days before arriving but didn’t get any reply back. In all, we had a great stay. 」
