「There are lots of ants at the grass area . I means a lot of them they are building a lot of home. And there are lots noise at night specially sleeping time people still in the pool and playing out loud around 3-4 am. 」

They are just material things but it's not respectful on behalf of the cleaning staff to take things that don't belong to them. Again it is just material things but that's not the point.
