Our daughter got married at Granby Ranch this past weekend. This home was just a few minutes drive from the ski lodge, with the added benefit of a beautiful view and a large deck and common area to hang out in. I’d highly recommend this house!

This was the best spot for our annual Winter trip. Everyone had a blast and the description did not do the property justice. Everything was in place and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be booking again.

Our family of 6 enjoyed staying in the Granby House. The house had a decorated Christmas tree awaiting our arrival. We made memories in 2024 with the our 4 adult kids at a very centrally located home. We were within 30 minutes of skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating, sleigh riding, bowling and various restaurants. (These are the activities we took advantage of).The house was very clean when we arrived, spacious enough for the family to huddle around the fireplace and put together our annual Christmas puzzle. We were very pleased with our choice to stay in Granby.

We had an 8 family members in the house, gathering for a wedding weekend in Granby the first week of October. I chose the house because of the 3 bedrooms with king beds for the couples and the 3 and 1/2 baths to get ready for the events and the 4 parking spaces since we were all coming at different times and had cars. There was lots of space in the open format kitchen, dining, and comfy family room for all of us at one time. The house was stocked very well with everything you need from baths to cooking. We hit close to peak fall foliage season and being close to the top of the mountain, the view from the back deck and firepit area was nice. Overall it was a nice 5 day stay and I would recommend the house.

We had an adult only family reunion here, we rented 2 homes in the neighborhood. It was a great place! We used this home for the maing "hangout" because of the large living room and large deck! Pool was not within walking distance, but just a short drive. They did charge $10 per person for the pool/hot tub at the gate. A few of us rented down hill mountain bikes at the local ski lift (just a short drive, right next to the pool) and did the down hill mountain biking which was a great time!

Loved the home and location. Lost one star due to the fact that we ran out of propane in the fire pit in less than one hour the first night. The extra tank was also empty and I when we asked about getting another tank, we were told to replace it ourselves which I don’t think we should have had to spend the time or money to do

This was the most well-stocked kitchen that we have ever encountered. Made our stay so easy. The house had large living areas. The back porch looked to the mountains and we spent a lot of time at the fire pit. Will definitely come back to visit.

This property was a perfect fit for our family reunion and the property itself was fantastic. We had 15 people aged 7 months to 69 years and all of us were able enjoy ourselves to the fullest. There is a great living room/kitchen area where all are able to visit or play board games at one time, but also another "play room" or place to visit downstairs. During our three day/four night visit we did a hike, a whitewater rafting trip and horse rides. There is an excellent grocery store in Granby and some excellent restaurants in nearby Winter Park. In all, a fantastic place for a reunion or group gatehring.

Beautiful house, fantastic and prompt interaction with the owner, more than enough room for our family of five to spread out and enjoy our stay. Great access to Grand Lake and Winter Park/Fraser. We will stay here again.
