Beautiful resort! The family unit was excellent. Very spacious. Tree lined walkways were quiet. The pool was fantastic. Highly recommend. ”

“Very nice little hotel. It was quiet. Right on the beach. Always lounge chairs available. They even have boogie boards for guests’ use. The beach was wonderful, swimmable, warm, and not crowded at all. We loved every minute of our stay!”

“Subtle hotel stay for those who are not scared of a little wildlife entering the room, primarily the bathroom (mainly ants). Hot and tasty breakfast served everyday, which you’ll appreciate once you see the prices around nearby cafes/restaurants. Steve (the owner) was very kind to me and my wife, and he explained everything we would need to know for our stay effectively in a 2 minute window. 4-4.5 star stay all things considered. ”

“This was a really beautiful property, the location to the beach was amazing! The grounds were stunning as well! The staff was friendly and very helpful! It was nice to have the option to check out boogie boards right at the hotel, or you can rent surfboards right there as well. Our transportation to our next location didn't come until 3 hours after check out and they allowed us keep our luggage in a secure location and even had showers available if we wanted! This was a beautiful property!”

“Conchal Hotel was a great last stop for our Costa Rican vacation. The staff was super kind and helpful regarding where to go for the beach or other attractions. (We recommend walking to the beach in front of the Westin!) The grounds are beautiful with the pool in the center which was great to come back to after a day at the beach. Our only disappointment with our room. With concrete floors and little to no other furniture besides the bed, it was much more bare bones than the online photos show.……

“Our stay here was great, well advertised to what it is. Staff is helpful and kind. Good food and smoothies available at price. Pool was enjoyable and clean. About 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a restaurant beside the hotel so there is a dull sound of music in the evenings. I am a light sleeper and did not find this a problem. Bed is firm but was not a problem either. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. The hotel also had good wifi, so my husband could do some work and also……

“Well maintained and the property itself is quiet. The on site restaurant was nice and they make great breakfast and nachos. The a/c was quiet and efficient. Great location for beach access and every restaurant you can imagine. Farmers market nearby 2 days a week. Bring ear plugs for potential howler monkeys and the bar nearby that plays music until 2am. ”

“The room wasn’t very clean, there was some garbage still I’m guessing when they cleaned didn’t sweep good or mopped. The sink had a drain strain and was dirty and it grossed me out because the water wouldn’t fully go down quickly. I didn’t even have a view through the window, it was high and covered with a lining so you couldn’t look outside. outside my room was an ugly area with a pile of dirt and black drapes, like they maybe remodeling or adding to the hotel. Overall the hotel is in a good……
