"Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were nice and comfortable. However, there were a few issues during our stay. Behind the bed was quite filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned. The hotel also advertises having a pool and a restaurant, but they had neither available during our stay. There were no vending machines, and the small snack and drink selection at the front desk was very minimal, with not even bottled water available. This was very disappointing, especially with kids, and advertising amenities that are not actually available feels misleading and comes across as false advertising."
