"Well its good stay it's just waking me up in the middle of the night because of the ambulance the staff are very friendly and accommodating especially Jigar he help us to transfer another room. Everything is close by the shops entertainment and parks."

"We stayed there for 10 days and were very happy with the help from staff, including those worked at the front desk, valet, cleaning and second-floor restaurant. The location is great--walking distance to lots of downtown attractions and a short drive to the Denman Street area (lots of street food and close to the beach). Note that if you pick the free breakfast option, you will be responsible for the valet cost if you have a vehicle (approx. $50/day!). The front desk gave us a deep discount for our stay. The breakfast vouchers were handy and flexible (two per day but you could also use more than two in one day) and we ended up not using all of them. The plated breakfast was awesome--way above buffet quality. Only thing I noticed was that when it got cold outside, the heating system was a bit noisy at night--It did not affect others in the room but I am a light sleeper. "
