“Vriendelijk personeel. Prima kamer en faciliteiten. Heel fijn dat je pas om 12 uur uit hoeft te checken.”

“预定的是三人间，打印订单上显示也是三人间，结果入住的时候还要收取人头费15磅，垃圾的很。找HOTEL.COM沟通也没有结果。而一张床加一战沙发床，自己铺的，还要收人头费，第一次遇到这样的。酒店开在服务区里面的，地段就别提了。”

“I had a really lovely stay at Holiday Inn IHG. I often choose Holiday Inn for my vacations because it is a perfect way to escape the busy life in London and truly relax. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. The receptionists were especially welcoming and helpful, a special mention to the receptionist at Holiday Inn Southend on Sea, who made check-in such a pleasant experience. The only small suggestion I would make is……

“The room was absolutely delightful. The shower room & bathroom were spotlessly clean, with plenty of hot water. The tea tray also had a couple of packets of biscuits. I liked the fact that I could switch the radiator off at night. The window also opened. The bed was comfortable. I will return.”

“The moment you step into the hotel you get the feeling of being in a 5 star hotel. A warm welcome from the reception team who gave us an efficient yet friendly check in. The room was amazing very clean and certainly above what we expected. Tea and coffee, lots of towels, comfy bed, giant tv, plenty of pillows. All the staff were excellent and the breakfast was very good. Could not fault anything. ”
