“The location was wonderful. Other people reside in the house but they were quiet. The only concern is the coffee maker (Kuerig) needed to be washed out.”

“Hi. Just a few suggestions…the main floor is freezing cold!!! Maybe put an electric fireplace insert in to make the fireplace useable. There was so much cold air coming in through there. We had the thermostat set on 78 and we were still freezing cold. We’re from WV so we’re used to cold winters. The bathroom door needs replaced!! And the toilet needs to be bolted to the floor. There are a few soft spots on the third level under the carpet. Maybe have those replaced as well. Other than that, I……

“The experience was wonderful! It had a home away from home feeling. Very welcoming and cozy. The decor is right out of a catalog. Never spoke to the hosts in person but they made themselves available to us, if there was anything we needed through texts and emails. Had a great time and will do it again! They have a beautiful place, it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere but just a short distance away in any direction, there was plenty to do, lots of choices. Kings island, flea market,……

“Lots of attention to detail here. A beautiful open loft with 3 bedrooms and a nice bathroom upstairs. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. And there’s a nice little fenced in area in the Back if you have a pet. Even little pet bowls on a stand in the kitchen. We did not use it but there is a gas fireplace in the main floor area. Small convenience store right across the street. And it is close to the Dayton campus which was why we were in town. Sheets were super soft and……

“This property is 1/2 of a '50's-era house that serves as a residence when not rented out. The host was very helpful and accommodating, answering all my questions promptly, and even allowing me to check in a couple of hours early. Everything was clean and functional, and there is a gazebo in which I could secure my bike and keep it out of the weather. “It worked very well for our situation. However I would have like to see a folder with a list of things we needed to do before we departed. Was also missing some basic kitchen supplies like plastic wrap and aluminum foil. A dish washer would also be nice. However sine we were visiting relatives we didn’t need the kitchen much. Overall a very nice experience and a great location for us. ”
