“環境很好”

“客房整體清潔，設施亦不錯。可惜我們被分配一間供殘疾人士使用的房間，由於淋浴間的特別設計，我們使用時令到整個洗手間的地面都被弄濕，很不方便。我們認為如果非殘疾人士要被分配到這類特別的房間，應先徵求顧客的同意，這樣在你情我願的情況底下，大家都覺得滿意一些。”

“Great location about 10 minutes drive into the City. Large, clean room with tea, coffee etc and fresh milk in fridge & bottled water too. Quirky room as part of an old pub so floors a little uneven and steepish staircase to get to rooms, but didn’t detract from the stay. Breakfast was delicious and staff all extremely friendly & helpful. As it’s a pub, you are obviously aware of noises from the pub during the day and evening but as soon as it closes, it’s very quiet.”

“Overnight stay with my colleagues - gorgeous, traditional little place. Evening meal was exceptional (Roast Chicken) and the breakfast options were excellent. We had a slight issue at breakfast where noticed one of the cafetières didn’t seem to have any coffee mixed with the hot water - a bit unlucky when travelling with Italians! But aside from that would definitely book again without hesitation.”

“This price is not worth it. We booked one night, when we arrived at the hotel, there keycard system something wrong, we got the room without keycard for few hours, really inconvenient. We went to swimming pool, though the door without keycard, so we can’t entre, we back to reception again, after that we were waiting for the leisure reception staff a long time, really angry about it.”

“This was my second time staying at this dog-friendly hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel originally had two EV charging points, but unfortunately one of them was out of service during my stay.”

“Great place to stay for our journey home. Staff very friendly and helpful, ideal location just off the M5.”

“酒店位置於教堂和大型商場附近、非常適合自駕遊。酒店正門街道於晚上8時可自由停泊，或可停泊在路口的NCP，酒店可提供20%優惠。房間非常舒適，早餐非常豐富，是一間充滿人情味的酒店!!”

“Great location, central and with free parking! It was spacious, comfy and a fantastic shower!!!”

“Lovely hotel.”

“Stayed at Brockencote in early September 2026. It was a very enjoyable visit. Highly recommend for peace and quiet, friendly staff, beautiful location, safe and easy parking, short distance to many local attractions. Must do's include Harvington Hall, Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle, Black Country Living Museum, Worcester. It is also not too far from Cotswolds tourist sites. The staff were excellent. I would be remiss if I did not thank Tom, Josh and Angela in the bar area for their……

“A literal 5-star stay. I immediate extended my stay upon arrival. Everyone is so lovely and the room itself is wonderful, spacious and clean. Thoughtful amenities such as milk alternative, coffee bags and light breakfast snacks. I’m already deciding when next to book my stay at 33.”

“Awful ! Derelict property in need of total revamp. No bar no restaurants no amenities to speak of! Grudgingly stayed one night cancelled the rest of my stay and moved elsewhere. Avoid!”

“房价不贵，但房间很少，床垫太軟。洗手盘和冲凉去水很慢”
