「Unauthorized charge + zero housekeeping for 3 nights. Avoid. During my stay at this property from June 26-29, 2026, I experienced two serious issues. First, at check-in I was charged without my consent — a double charge, as my reservation was already paid through Expedia more than three weeks prior to our arrival. This unauthorized charge affected our entire vacation from the very beginning, turning what was supposed to be a relaxing family trip into a completely bitter...

「Booked a non smoking room that smelled like a recently emptied ashtray. Burn marks in the curtains. Very dissapointing stay. Slept on top of the bed sheets just incase. Spoke to the person at the front counter in the morning and they didnt offer anything to try and make it right. Only offered me a blank stare until I walked away.」

「The price was good - the room was a good size with a roll away bed and kitchenette-bathroom could have been cleaner - there was a hole in one of sheets -juice and coffee were terrible - staff was friendly but there was communication issue understanding them and they understanding us/not major issues but minor ones to fix」

「Don’t get me wrong I understand it’s a Motel 6 but don’t false advertise, there was drawing and stickers on the dresser and headboard. We only had very minimal space to put our things any where and the floor was not going to be one of them. No fridge or microwave. I wish they could be better for themselves」

「I honestly would give this stay a negative zero if I could. From the moment we arrived, it was a terrible experience. The first room they gave us was clearly not cleaned — the bed looked like someone had just rolled out of it, and the covers were dragged all across the floor. The second room wasn’t much better. There were roaches, broken dresser drawers that constantly slid open on their own, and raid powder sitting in the corners, which tells me this is an ongoing issue they’re clearly aware...
