"My sister and I traveled from Washington state, USA, and stayed here for two and a half weeks. The apartment was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The property managers are very hard to get in contact with (they often do not answer when you call the phone numbers provided to contact them) and they don't seem to be very organized with when and which guests are checking in or out. "I stayed at the location for two months (work trip). The apartment had two comfortable beds, very efficient air conditioning in each room, and a comfortable living space. Any requests I had were answered promptly. For anything that needed to be handled on-site, Jack was readily available for assistance. I enjoyed my visit to Guam and the living experience was a big part of that. If I'm lucky enough to get assigned here again, I would definitely stay here!"
