"We booked this unit specifically because it offered an early check in and we did not have to relocate during our stay WRONG!Arrived Monday morning for early check in. No response to messages left on What’s App. Which is what the owners/managers requested way of communicating 2 hours later told that we could not check-in early but could check in early at another location but would have to relocate back to original location in 3 daysAs we had been traveling for quite a few hours we accepted this....

"went to check in and was told my reservation wasn’t found, even though i was charged and had the confirmation email. Then was told i was supposed to check in the previous day and since i wasn’t there they gave the room away. My stay was, check in 11th leave the 15th and they gave my room away on the 10th without contacting me. "

"The pictures associated with the property are not from the actual property, they are photo shopped. The property was nothing to write home about, but the beds were clean and the bathroom has recently been remodeled. The apartment served its purpose, a place to sleep and shower! It is conveniently centered on the island. Neighbors have about a million chickens that made noise all hours of the night. Property manager was very friendly and easy to work with when we ran into some travel issues....

"Upon booking, I was informed that the unit was not available. However, the property was able to accommodate us with another place in Tamuning. Although check was a bit difficult, the manager assisted us quickly. The unit was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!"
