“They did really great. Booking was easy, staff very helpful and friendly and the room was amazing and clean, huge suite for me and my family. Breakfast can improve as there were not many options, but they still earn 5 stars for everything else. Good experience, have to highlight the girl at the front desk was super charismatic and very helpful. Highly recommended hotel here⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Beds are so soft my back aches in the morning. Shower walls are slimy feeling. Room a/c rattles continuously. Breakfast that is included is poor. Parking garage is tight with pillars that make it difficult to get in a space. Ice machine not working. Wifi iffy at best. Insufficient outlets. The name Quality is a total misnomer. I would never stay at a Quality inn again”

“This motel is located very close to the Mount Rushmore National Monument, 10 minutes drive only. Staffs are very friendly.”

“A great place to stay for a reasonable rate! The staff couldn’t be nicer, the building couldn’t be quieter and the bed couldn’t be more comfortable. 2 thumbs up!”

“The location is the best as it is less than 2 miles from mount rushmore and easy drive to custer and crazy horse and needle highway. They dont clean the rooms everyday and the rooms are outdated. the hand soap and body wash ran out. The breakfast is simple but its a great on the go eat. There is parking on site and they will need the info of your car. Food places right next door and more about 10 min walk.”

“The food and wait staff were amazingly great. We received some travel tips from the Hostess which was very helpful. The cabin we were in (43) was dated. The bathroom was very small. The first night we couldn't get hot water and then my Husband concluded that it had been set up backwards - meaning turn the faucet to cold gave us hot water. After the first night the shower head started leaking that woke us at night. We put a towel around the head to get by the the end of our stay. The in room TV……

“Really disappointed. Bathhouse had broken faucet handles, no towels at 7:30 in the morning, etc. The best part is the nature around you but the poor management and lack of amenities to make up for the high cost make other options much more appealing. We have gone glamping before and this was by far the worst.”

“This is a very basic hotel. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was bad. They do have a waffle maker. That is the only thing good about it. Coffee horrible. The location is good. It was a good value for the money. Don’t expect more than a room to sleep.”

“Room was like brand new. Everything looked new and worked like new. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating for our special needs. I can’t say enough about how much better they made our trip. Location was convenient and close to everything. Bed was good and we had a great stay there.”
