"Traditional ryokan in for the night was lovely! Room was very traditional and staff were polite. We had breakfast and dinner which was interestin. The views and private onsen were lovely and I felt very relaxed there. Only improvements would be to allow luggage storage/transport to station and cleaner onsen. "

"和室4人部屋布団4枚の表示だったのに 2人のカウントになっていて、メールで問い合わせしたのに大丈夫と言われ、着いたら倍とられた。二階の青年達の騒いでるのが2時までうるさくて寝られず、苦情も言うところも人が居なくて苦しかった。お風呂はシャワーのみで強くてでかた悪く、痛かった。"
