"Staying here was such an enjoyable, relaxing, and special experience. The breakfast and dinner kaiseki were delicious and allowed us to try a variety of Japanese dishes. It's a lot of food so come to each meal hungry. All the staff we interacted with were kind and very helpful. The indoor and outdoor onsen was the perfect way to unwind after long days exploring the Hakone area. "A lovely relaxing place to stay. The staff were lovely, helpful and prepared to explain about the onsen which was a very pleasant experience. Both our evening meal (vegan curry and beef with rice dish) and the breakfast were delicious. We felt our stay was very good value. The twin room was huge. The area of Gora was again relaxing with both Gora park and the Open air museum within walking distance. "
