We had a wonderful stay during our visit toHakone. The hotel is older but very well maintained and full of charm. Our room was spacious and had two balconies with beautiful mountain views. Quite spacious and the staff were very helpful and professional. But there was no Mountain View from our room and the sleeping room smelled a bit funky

Aura Tachibana
Staff was very friendly and kind. The breakfast was really a top notch. The onsen in the balcony was amazing. The hotel is huge. There was nothing to complain.
