We were thinking it’s coming from the outside of the hotel’s sewage system. But all in all, our stay was really pleasant and relaxing. Breakfast is super! “We experienced a very decent stay in Sapa Horizon Hotel. Room was spacious. The Fansipan mountain view from the balcony was stunning. The bathroom was equipped with a heater which was a great surprise in the cold weather. We travelled to Sapa by overnight train. The check in time was 1:00pm. This lovely hotel offered a shower room for us at 7:00a.m when we arrived Sapa on the first day and they did the same when we left Sapa in the evening. This was absolutely a very heartwarming arrangement……

“Provided basic room with teeth brush and shower gel, but the bed sheet had small holes and towel had hole too. No heater, only electric blanket under the bed sheet. No elevator, but owner helped to move suitcase to u floor.”

“The hotel is very close to the city centre. You just need a few minutes walk. The room is spacious enough with a nice balcony. The breakfast was nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us to book the bus ticket to Hanoi with a discounted price. The only thing to critise is that there's some smell in the washroom. But it's acceptable. You really can't ask for more with this price.”
