“I enjoyed staying at this hotel a lot. It was beautiful. Room was nice, while the exterior property was covered in lush foliage. Staff was professional and friendly. One thing to note is that the name of the hotel has changed a few times. Expedia refers to it as "BB Sapa Resort & Spa". It also used to be called "Victoria Sapa Resport & Spa" on some other travel sites. However, if you type either names into Google Map, it'll return a location marker with the name "Sapa Mountain Resort,……

“客室内はとても清潔で、浴室、トイレ、ベットや枕、備品なども完璧でした！何よりインテリアにモン族の織物などを使用しているおもてなしの心がとってもうれしいです。景色の良いお部屋なら、棚田を見ながらゆっくりした時間を過ごせます。ホテルの前は車が入れないので、重いキャリーケースを持って行く人は、到着前にホテルにメッセージをしてみてください。ホテルの方は皆さんとっても親切でした。上の通りまで階段を上がるのは少し大変ですが、立地はとてもいいです。本当におすすめのホテルなので、是非泊まってください。”

“Provided basic room with teeth brush and shower gel, but the bed sheet had small holes and towel had hole too. No heater, only electric blanket under the bed sheet. No elevator, but owner helped to move suitcase to u floor.”

“Nous avons eu un super accueil avec un thé chaud. Nous sommes arrivées avant le Check in et notre chambre était déjà disponible. Nous avons aussi pu laisser nos bagages toute la journée le lendemain. Personnel très gentil et attentionné. Nous ont aidé à réserver nos activités. Secteur très central.”

“this hotel room was beautiful and had the perfect mountain view. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. food and coffee were delicious. i got a shampoo/face spa for the first time. the lady was amazing! they also gave advice on when it was a good time to visit. all in all, my 2nd favorite hotel ive gone to in my lifetime”

“A great stay at Azure! The views were amazing. Close to Central. The staff were professional and very helpful. You can have your laundry done and it was very cheap. Good coffee and breakfast. Totally recommend.”

“This was the best place I stayed in Sapa. I felt really safe and the bed was really comfortable. Eric was super nice I he could help with everything you need and was also available all the time. The only bad thing was is was a bit lound from the hallway, but I will slept very well. If you want something safe, easy and relatively cheap I would definitely book it. ”
