“Clean room. It was so easy to deal with Jacina. Jacina was wonderful. I had previously stayed with Knutson. Some of the people at Knutson are not flexible or easy to work with. Jacina was absolutely wonderful. Helpful and will to respond to text messages immediately. I can not recommend Jacina more! ”

“Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us.”

“We had a wonderful time exploring the Island for the first time. The property is clean and well kept, all the basics are stocked. The location is perfect for day trips to Volcano NP, Waimea, Hawi, and Hilo. Only problem is there is so much to see and never enough time! Looking forward to void next visit! ”
