"Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Basic accomodations in a convenient location right at the Aquarium the subway stop. Easy walk to central Boston/Boston Common and the North End/Harbor areas."

"Location, lobby and staff were all wonderful but the rooms left a bit to be desired. Very small space which, we do understand in metro areas. The shower however, was wild. I get the industrial vibe but it was giving straight gym/dorm shower. Coffee in lobby was a nice convenience. "

"Parking was expensive and also a bit inflexible. They won’t give timed returns so you have to text right when you need it with a 20 minute minimum wait time. Bathrooms are a bit tired and climate control is awful. Loud and inconsistent going from too cold to too hot all through the night. "

"Someone from the hotel walked into our room while my daughter and I were sitting in the room. No knock. He said he needed to check something. It was unsettling. The next morning we heard housekeeping wake our neighbor before 8am to ask what time he was leaving so she could clean. He explained he was staying another night. She wanted to make the room over. 8am is way to early to start knocking on the door to ask. Yes, we could hear the whole conversation, walls are thin. The coffee maker was broken. Bathroom was dingy. Bedspread had a stain on it. Glad it was only a 1night stay "

"The staff was very welcoming and extremely accommodating given the late hour of our flight. Our towels were always replaced with fresh and beds made. The hotel is centrally located and most everything is walkable including the trains and buses. Lots of great restaurants as well. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Boston!"
