「It's a pleasant stay. I was there for 3 nights. The staff were able to provide timely support and assistance. They were really helpful and friendly. The location is quite near to the old town and the lake. The room was in general clean. There's little room for improvement in the cleanliness of the bathrooms, but just a little. There's slight odour.」

「真的是比較小的房型，但因為是去機場的前一天住宿，所以我認為ok，要到機場的86 bus很近，也是一開始挑這間飯店的原因。路口有一小節的樓梯，行員都非常機靈和主動幫忙（建議大家別忘了給他們小費）。以這個價格來說，非常划算！nice deal!!! CP value is high, great location for the BUS 86 to the HAN airport.」
「We had a wonderful stay a The Mercury Hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was situated on a quiter street. Staff were very helpful (especially Chloe) and the room was clean and spacious. We have booked again for our return visit before flying home.」
「It is a nice charming small hotel located inside the backpacker street. It is within walking distance to everything and very convenient. I have booked the cheapest room but the room is in good condition and quite spacious. Service is very good especially the receptionist (a local guy sorry I forgot his name) but he always greeted me when I had my breakfast. Breakfast was very good too with all the fresh fruit with a choice of eggs or beef pho. I will definitely book this hotel again if I go back...
