"I didn't get in until 1AM in the morning because I had a late flight. The motel had more than enough time to prepare my room which I only needed for a few hours. Unfortunately, when I arrived, there was only 1 face towel folded on my sink because the other one was still hanging on the shower roof from the previous customer. This caused me apprehension because I didn't know what else in the room was neglected. Lastly, the thermostat for the heater did not work. It was around 50 degrees when I arrived that morning. I needed a little heat to warm up and sleep well... unfortunately, I didn't get it there...."

"The hotel is in an ideal location for travelers using Long Beach Airport. However, be prepared to hear airplanes taking off from the nearby runway. It didn’t bother me personally, but I can see how some guests may find it disruptive. Our bed was listed as a “king size,” though it definitely felt smaller than the king bed I have at home. Parking was convenient when there were no hotel events, but on two days during my stay it became difficult to find a spot due to event traffic. Overall, the hotel was very nice, and the staff was extremely friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again."

"It’s basically a renovated motel 6. Terrible location right next to bus and metro terminal. Paid for a Premium room but it was not premium whatsoever."
