“Pathetic way to handle customers. Amusement and Water park charges, way of handling customers and hospitality expecially at the reception was pathetic. Untrained recption staff, unconventional resaoning and overpriced speciall for kids. Need loads of improvements. ”

“酒店说谎，刚开始说空调维修，房间不能住人，说送本人去其他酒店，因太晚，本人不想去其他酒店，空调不工作也算了。酒店一直不让本人看没有空调的房间，最终问了其他酒店人员，说房间满了。让我退房，我草她妈个逼啊，我房费都已经付了，凌晨现在坐在大堂沙发”

“Room is large and facilities are not bad. The only thing that might be a disadvantage is that when at night, until 1 am, in the room you could heard the sound from Karaoke bar. It’s noisy. Do not include tooth brush in this hotel. Breakfast you can choose whether western style or Japanese set menu. Internet speed is a little bit slow for me. Bed is a little bit hard for me. But not……

“It was a good overnight stay 1. nice and safe car parking which is important for me 2. rooms are clean 3. excellent breakfast 4. good wifi, could get work done. The hotel is bang on the highway; the Google Maps incorrectly shows that you should take a left ( coming from Amritsar to Delhi) around 1 km before the property and travel on a side road. But you can directly turn left at the property from the highway. ”

“My stay was very comfortable, Dihesh, Adarsh and Dilbor were ready helpful at all time, caring, kind, respectable and very polite. Had great knowledge about local transport for guidance. Whenever I requested it was provided promptly i.e. Water or food etc. Kitchen staff was also helpful cooked to my request well spoken English by all staff had no issues about communication. Room was great with tv and good connection of wifi. Local Metro station is about 15 mins walk, or auto service is……

“This place location is very bad and rooms are very basic. There is cabinet with no cover or broken covers. No toiletry. Old towels ugly. If you need anything you have to use their apps to get the stuff.overall I don’t want anyone to stay here. ”
