A charming and spacious family home in a quiet neighbourhood in the heart of the South Coast! A 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach as well as cafes, beach bars, restaurants, shops, banks and farmer's market. Fully stocked kitchen and dining room, 2 covered patios, gardens and a gas bbq. 3 large bedrooms with air conditioning, ceiling fans and windows with screens.
A short walk to the Historic Area, museum and Washington House. No car needed, however there is lots of free parking available.
The space
Charming home with 3 bedrooms and 2 updated bathrooms (master bedroom has ensuite) full kitchen, dining room and living room, 2 covered patios, gas bbq and tropical gardens.
