"Very friendly and welcoming staff in all areas from the check in to the restaurant and bar staff. The hotel was very clean and the room was quiet except for some road noise but it wasn't bad at all. Parking in a nearby garage was very convenient and not too expensive. We asked for a couple of things for our room and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. We were there to attend a family wedding that was held in an event center within walking distance. The hotel location is great as there are restaurants, shops and churches nearby as well as a great walking area by the water and downtown district. Overall an excellent stay! "

"This hotel was just average. It is Definity old. If your room is on the ends, it will take at least 30 minutes for you to get hot water!! And even then, it's not really hot. The breakfast buffet was terrible! It seemed like reheated prepacked foods. Disappointing! The staff were all kind and friendly! It was a disappointment for our special weekend. Not worth the money we paid! "

"The hotel wasn't quite to the standard I'm used to for the Fairfield brand. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd expect, and the elevators were slow. Additionally, the secondary lock on our room was broken. The hotel was quiet, and the fitness room was nice, but it could use a bit of help in a couple of areas."
