「The hotel itself was great!!!! The outside surrounding block, not so much. Denver has a problem overall, as it was not just in this limited to this area either. 」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「This property was clean, well-decorated and unique. The food was great and Nelson at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. It was fun to stay at a hotel that was just a little different than your typical hotel! 」
