"Place was convenient to travel to hotspots and outer Tokyo. I’d recommend this place for short term stays as it’s quite small and not too much room for multiple luggage’s. it be great if the room owners added extra pillows and towels as the pillows are extremely flat and uncomfortable and the towels are very thin. I’d also suggest removing the big round table in the bedroom to make extra space and replace with something more convenient for guests. Other than that room was great. "

"Everything was great. Its small and compact, but convenient and practical. The communication with the hosts was always very easy and quick. Tiny cons were that A Washing machine was available but no there was drier and nowhere to hang the clothes. There were no rags or dishcloths to dry your hands or clean with. Otherwise the stay was great and I really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and sleeping in this cozy apartment."

"I booked this space efficient property for my stay in Tokyo. I loved the set up, the area, and the distance to the train station. This is the perfect apartment for a solo or couple traveling to the area. Check in instructions were simple and easy to follow. There were a few areas throughout the apartment that could have been cleaner. The walls and floors needed wiped down. Other than that everything was perfect. I would recommend. "

"Unfortunately, the owner abandons his residents when problems arise. I would not recommend this apartment. The owner gave the wrong number to the lockbox, and after a long flight, I spent over two hours outside trying to find a solution, asking neighbors for help, but to no avail. I couldn't reach the owner because I was using an overseas cell phone, and the phone calls I made added up to a huge amount of money that they wouldn't refund."

"Location was excellent and central to most of the activities around Tokyo. Will advise that the apartments next door are very close and you can hear through the walls. With regard's to conversations or people walking up and down the stairs. Our family of 4 with 2 children and 2 adults, had to be mindful with the noice level.
