“Lovely flat, newly renovated, cosy and bright. Great location, close to Camden market and to buses, overground and underground stations. You can access the canal path right down the building for a lovely walk. The communication with the host was perfect. As previous comments mentioned, the only downside is the shower heater that is hard to get right, if not impossible. But during heatwave, cold showers were much welcomed ;) Overall an amazing stay :)”

“Cons: - There is no A/C. Table top fans are provided. - The room facing the street is super noisy at night because there are at least multiple commercial front-load dumpsters that are constantly worked on by garbage collection workers throughout the weeknights (it's non-stop for the whole nights). I think the rooms are directly facing the garbage collection and transfer station or something like that. - There is no blackout curtains in the room. The room gets so bright starting 4am and you……

“Good: 5 mins walk to tube station and big M&S super market. Check in fast. Room: sacious, neat, quiet. Wifi: fast and stable. Free bottles of water in the room. Breakfast: various choices such as sausages, fried & boiled eggs etc. Bad: no moveable shower head, which is not flexible to wash my body. ”

“The hotel is modest, but beautifully updated and very clean. Our room had a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a very nice bathroom. The bedroom was small, but I’ve seen much smaller in Central London for double the price. Staff were very kind and allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout so we could do a bit more sightseeing before our flight.”

“Great place to stay, but odd when you’re used to hotels but absolutely spot on for what it is.”

“The room was clean, spacious (especially compared to London norms!), and comfortable. The elevators functioned smoothly. There was minimal interaction with the staff (eg, no daily cleaning, which was not a problem for a short stay), but when we needed help, they were courteous and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the Tube and Hampstead Heath. We'd definitely stay again.”
