“Ok place for families. Kind of boring. A little worn and used.... Food is ok, nothing more. Perfect location on the beach!”

“入住時因滿房而擅自要更改我的預定，改去別家評價很低的飯店入住，無法接受。2小時後因有人取消入住才得以在原飯店入住，但隔天還要換房間。處理過程很差勁，第一晚的房間還降等且空調聲音很大，很難入睡。總之，打亂渡假的心情是最令人沮喪的。”

“Television was down. They had to replace a new one after inspection. It took a while to complete this. Our room was too close to the kitchen. The noise was transferred through the venting system. That needs to be improved.”

“星級酒店，服務很好，環境也很好，泳池很大很美，對出就是沙灘，非常方便，酒店突然包自助餐晚餐，早晚餐的質素都很高，實在沒有選錯，非常好。”

“Det är ett helt ok hotell med framförallt trevlig frukost och hjälpsam personal. Men hade förväntat mig lite mer vad gäller renligheten. Speciellt duschen som knappt fungerade. Om jag åker tillbaka till Hikkaduwa hade jag valt ett hotell närmare den södra stranden. ”

“The whole place was just really work out and there was just alot of things that were wrong about the place. When we arrived they had not recieved our booking from hotels.com and asked us to pay a fee for them to sort it out, which is just unreasonable. However they did upgrade us to a suite, which was nice. Service was not the best. They advertise the place as a spa resort, but the spa and its only staff member was unproffessional in my eyes. We complained but did not feel like the management……

“订的两间标间，结果到的时候给我们升级到了套房，两室两厅，免费用厨房，惊艳到了。唯一遗憾就是酒店的早饭不是太丰盛，酒店还有一个restaurant，我们在那里点了一条鱼，可以烧好送到酒店来，挺不错。”
