「My daughter's leg was injured and there was no way to take the stairs. Then they still arranged a room on the second floor, on the second floor without an elevator, and let a person with an injured leg go up the stairs. It was really a disappointing experience!」

「The property was old and run down This property allows big dogs to stay which is not sanitary. If The sheets and towels were dirty. There was mold in the bathroom. The room had several bugs. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this property.」

「Lovely place to stay! The host was very helpful in providing all of the details for the stay, the house was clean, and it has a very cozy feel to it. I'd recommend staying here if you're coming to Rochester. The only issue was that there was a guy yelling at us from his car for no reason, but that's not a problem regarding the homeowner, it's just the area. 」
