「Still under construction. Beautiful rooms. Most staff was helpful and pleasant. Dining facilities are not up to standard. Many items on the menu were not available. I left one restaurant after being told 4 times that my selections were unavailable.(Sorry, we are out of ...) I went to the other restaurant, ordered a BLT. After waiting a while, I was told there was no sliced bread, but they could serve the BLT on a bun. I cancelled my order and left.」

「Room was large, comfortable. Only issue there were no towels, just 2 hand towels. Unfortunately this was not discovered until stepping out of the shower」

「Where do I begin? The front desk - very nice- the bartenders- great- the room service (when they had enough staff to order) great- the guy who had to jimmy rig the hotel door to the pool - also great- door to pool was propped open with a trash can - the breakfast I paid for wasn’t an option- Buffett wasn’t available one of the days, the service in the restaurant was less than sub par. We will never stay at this property again. Bathrooms are so tiny, the rooms are dated…this place needs a...

「Great kitchen with all appliances but also staples like flour and other supplies for use in cooking/baking. I liked the windowless bedroom, cabinets were plentiful and well-stocked in kitchen, everything was very clean and enough towels. Toilet worked better when I poured additional water into tank. First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint.」

「1. Made a reservation through Expedia and upon arrival, the clerk could not find the reservation and said that my card was declined. I was outraged and had to show my reservation on my phone. After he read the reservation number, he found the reservation and did not apologize. 2. When I entered my reserved room, it smelled of urine and cigarette smoke.
