「Property location is excellent walkable from Penn Station and another subway station. It's also walkable to Times Square and Broadway but a LONG walk. Good in the summer time. Toilet rooms are the tiniest ever. Your knees touch the door when sitting. Being thin is okay. Queen size non-shared bed room was very comfortable. Not a lot of walkable space in the room but I'm spending all my time out and about NYC. Safety of location is fine, but it doesn't compare to a 5th Ave. I enjoyed my stay and...

「I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card.
And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself.
And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request.
I think they have many things need to be revamped.」
