"Very cozy hotel with super nice staffs . Great location within 10 to 15 mins walking distance to St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Also there is a supermarket right behind the hotel . Definitely would love to stay here again when coming to visit Vienna . "

"The location is perfect, very convenient for public transportation and all kinds of shopping malls and restaurants nearby. The staff is very kind and helpful. We met small unexpected problem and they showed very professional attitude and fixed it by the most reasonable way. And the room with city view can catch amazing sunset scenes. "

"really one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed at. (and I've stayed in hundreds.....). Dirty rooms, rusty and broken bathroom sink... and unhelpful staff. and some staff were actually unfriendly...
No room amenities = no coffee , no hair conditioner....
... and (final straw....) they did not inform us that their lobby was under renovation which meant we had to drag our luggage up and down a steep set of outdoor stairs to their basemnt whete they had set up a temporary reception..."
