“The Royal Suite is stunning, with original frescos and ceiling decorations dating back to the 16th century. The modern additions blend seamlessly and offer luxury comforts. The staff were amazing, particularly Krzysztof who looked after us as we dined in the excellent Pod Nosem restaurant underneath the Suites. He demonstrated a real pride and enthusiasm for Polish cuisine and Wines.”

“The hotel was located perfectly for us to get into the old quarter and to visit various places of interest. The breakfast was fantastic and on the day that we had to be up early for a tour, they made us a packed lunch to take away with us as we would miss breakfast, which was excellent. The staff were all so friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. Our thanks to all the hotel staff. ”

“The location is excellent. It’s right next to Old town, The Castle.Easy walk from train station ( 20 mins train from airport) The cost £6-7 one way for two. The room is good size with everything what you need. The breakfast is the best in European countries. The reception is so helpful, the Bar is great. As Expedia member we received the bottle of Italian Red wine and quality is perfect. Just one little note - trams , you can hear through double glazed windows but it’s not crucial. Maybe……

“新的這一棟房間裝修光亮採光很好、我選擇2張單人床的感覺床很小，可能是亞洲的單人床睡慣大的了、建議還是選擇大床舒服一點、服務很好跟他們要水都會送上來房間！樓下的spa也挺不錯的有空的話可以去享受一下！游泳池是室內的不大，記得帶泳衣過來享受喔！ 早餐也可以接受，當然沒亞洲酒店這麼豐富 這房間唯一缺點便是洗澡時水會流出地面、而地面卻沒有排水孔導致洗完澡後地面宛如淹水一樣需要用很多毛巾去擦拭吸水！水會沿著浴缸邊緣流到地面，由於地板是大理石所以擔心會滑倒！不建議老人入住”

“I stayed in Room 1 and really enjoyed it — the space was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Communication was smooth, and check-in/check-out couldn’t have been easier. The location is excellent, within walking distance of major attractions, coffee shops, and restaurants. The only downside was the lack of on-site parking, which was a bit inconvenient, but overall, it still deserves a 5-star rating.”
