「We visited the area from America. I came with a family of 4. My wife.. 2 teen girls and myself. Found this apartment online and was very nice. Very modern and clean ..right in the heart of the center. Balcony was a plus to see around and to relax .. had AC which was controlled in each room which was very nice as well. Bathroom was as big as the bedrooms! Would def recommend. 」

We were looking for something special and we found it; definitely not your typical hotel…the room felt like we were taken back in history with modern conveniences; loved that the windows opened and we could hear the sounds of the city below. 「Everything was perfect. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Location is within short walking distance to attractions. Lots of places to eat in the area. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Each day they varied the hot food selection and salads. Room was spacious. Bathroom was spacious. AC/heating is centralized so can't control the temperature within the room. Hot water and water pressure worked. I enjoyed my stay at Portal. 」

「Absolutely fantastic apartment in this Aparthotel with amazing breakfast. Location was lovely and quiet and so close to the old town of Krakow. A couple of shops very close to get any beers or snacks. Super friendly and helpful staff, always got a taxi in a couple of minutes.」

「The door to the hotel is so unassuming that i thought i had come to the wrong place when arriving there. Hotel is new and very clean. Our room was a bit unusual as it only had a very little window on the wall, but it did have two skyline windows so we did have a lot of light in the room. I chose standard room since it said to have more room than superior room which i thought was odd, but the room was very nice and clean. not very spacious, but enough to move around. Cleaning came every day even...
