「Es war alles perfekt! Das Hotel hat neu aufgemacht und es war alles in einem super Zustand. Das Team ist unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend, alles hat gepasst!! 」

「We stayed here for a week and it was great place to relax. The executive lounge was a welcomed place to go after a day by the pool, but it would have been nicer to have more food options available and for longer periods of time considering the price. Part of the executive lounge perks was a turndown service which did not happen. We also booked an airport pickup which was forgotten about which was a bit disappointing. These were just minor details which could have been opportunities for the hotel...

「Villa環境一流，裝修都好新，屋整體都乾淨，不過響樓上廁所發現有2隻曱甴。屋入面其中一個風筒有問題，一開就有火花，同職員講但冇理會。住係冇問題，我住左兩日，經常都會有人隨時入屋，明明冇約時間食早餐，9點有個男人開門入黎話接你，轉頭又有人開門補水，又話補廁紙，總之成日都有人自出自入，好冇私隱。」

「1. 一如洲際應有的水準, 服務人員熱誠, 房間舒適 2. 早餐豐盛, 值得加購 3. 走下樓就是芽莊最熱鬧的海邊沙灘, 步行5分鐘內有按摩店, 星巴克, 德州炸機, KFC, 海底撈, Pizza 4 pcs 4. 游泳池/健身房/兒童遊戲室都整理得很乾淨 5. 小小抱怨的是桑拿房竟然不能使用置物櫃!! (有置物櫃的設置,但全部都上鎖, 問了服務人員說不能使用, 男女生都是同樣的狀況)」
