「Love it 」

「fair experience. grounds very clean. reserved a king bed with river view for my 40th wedding anniversary. they claim their was no room available so they put me in a double bed looking towards the woods. beds are not very big. not very impressive. i was checking in at 5 pm so it was not early and i booked the room 6 weeks ago.」

「The hotel was beautiful and you definitely get the Rlvis experience with Elvis music heard in the lobby and dining room areas. The Courtyard was lovely .We didn’t get to view the Chapel due to lack of time. The hotel staff were accommodating and friendly. The food was excellent and the Chef went out of his way to prepare my food separately. I have medical issues that make it difficult to fine out. Overall, I would stay here again, 」

「Pool was closed, there was rarely anyone at the desk. You had to call a number and wait for them to come down. I did t use the breakfast, even the desk clerk sounded disappointed that it was "just a cold breakfast."」

「Room was dirty. Casino was very smokey needs better air filtration. Shower dodnt work correctly. 」

「Yes parking was safe. It was a clean room, soft bed and clean bathroom. I believe they could give another pillow so each person could have a couple a peice.」

「My stay was one overnight. I found all staff to be extremely pleasant and hospitable until my morning breakfast. At breakfast, the attendant approached me at the buffet and yelled no. He made me use another pair of tongs to pick up a piece of sausage then I had previously used in the same chafing dish with potatoes. 」

「We checked in and then went to get our bags. My husband decided he wanted to use the restroom first. He walked back in and asked where the restrooms were, and the person who had just checked us in, less than a minute ago, said they were for guests only. He told her he had just checked in, but she said that wasn't true and that he couldn't use the facility. Later, she called our room at 10:00 PM to ask a question about our reservation. 「The staff in the breakfast area were absolutely incredible- so welcoming and friendly. The customer service was over the top from them. Room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot and area seemed very safe. The only opportunity for improvement is the fitness center. It is small - at least they did have free weights, but could use an update. 」
