Hotels in Crittenden County

"Very poor service for the astronomical amount you pay to stay at this resort. I was there for 4 days and 3 nights and my room was never serviced. Dirty room for 2 days. Restaurant choices are super expensive. You are stuck. No breakfast menu just buffet. $61 for 2 people. + tip. Service SLOW. The shuttle drivers and the attendants out front on the other hand were super nice and friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful-they offer a movie every night in a spectacular theater that is nice for something low key to do at the end of the day. My final word is bring your wallet$$$$$$$"

"Hotel was safe, clean, and the staff was helpful. Some age showing on the property but it appears that they are addressing things like that. Only real complaint is the property has 4 elevators and only 1 works. The hotel was full this weekend and the elevator was constantly backed up. Guests were loud and crowded at the pool but that's not the staff's fault. Pool and hot tub area were nice when crowds were lower. "
