"Excellent stay at here! The hot spring was incredible, and the entire atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. The daily shuttle service was an enormous help for us. We were so full and satisfied with the food every day. The only small suggestion is to offer Western-style food options, as having Japanese meals for several consecutive days can get a bit repetitive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would love to visit again！"

"This is the second ザノットホテル I have stayed in Japan. Since staying at The Knot Sapporo last year, I decided to start collecting all The Knot Hotels in Japan. I love the concept of this brand: to tie travel, people and neighborhoods together. The Knot Utsunomiya let me discover Utsunomiya and Nikko which I was never thinking of going. The room is cozy and comfortable with elegant design. They provide free breakfast buffet which is nutritious and tasty. Thanks to the hospitality of The Knot Utsunomiya. お世話になりました。"
