「I was made to wait over 8 hours to check in only to be told my booking had been cancelled for an unknown reason. I booked again on 2 other sites & had confirmation but still I was unable to check in. This place is a shambles & I would not stay there even if I was paid to. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! 」

「The apartment and entire complex are excellent! Traveling with 2 small children we were able to access transport easily and could walk to a number of key attractions such as Jalan Alor, Petaling St and Central Markets, we also walked to KLCC and the Towers using the pram. 「Pire expérience avec expedia: ils ont vendu le service puis ont passé la main à vrbo. Nous n'avons jamais eu accès à l'appartement et les coordonnées fournis pour rejoindre matahari suites étaient inexactes! Après de multiples appels autant chez expedia que chez vrbo, ceux-ci concluent qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire et que c'est moi qui doit contacter le propriétaire de l,immeuble en Malaisie pour remboursement!!! 「The location of this place was so convenient, with shops and restaurants just downstairs and it's an easy pickup and drop off point for Grab rides to other destinations in the city. The apartment is fine, as described, just a bit spartan in furnishings and not hotel-grade linens and towels. Basic but good. 」
