“The hotel room was very spacious with aesthetic scenery from the outside! Complimentary gifts were given in the hotel room with breakfast available for a bit extra if you wanted it! Buffet style as well therefore plenty of variety. The staff/owners were one of the most friendliest people I’ve ever met, taking an interest in my background and my travelling plans! “Great experience at Hidden Charm Hotel, staff were friendly and the room was tidy and clean. Location of hotel is very convenient to nearby tourist spots such as Tam Coc for boat tour and Hang Mua for hiking. Definitely one of the best hotels in Ninh Binh.”

“Spacious and clean rooms, pool and landscaping were beautiful. Went to old town Hoa Lu for meals and shopping. Staff called for transportation, we chose “green” auto, staff told us the price beforehand and it was cheaper than regular taxi. They helped us arrange for rides and visits to Trang An/Tam Coc without using any Tour and it was much more efficient and comfortable and cost less.”

“It was a special treat to stay here. If you have a motorbike and want to stay out of the crowds of tam coc for part of your visit it’s an easy 25 minute ride to all points of interest there. The place is full of amazing ponds that look like a fairy tale. We spent 2 nights and were the only guests. They made us dinner both nights. The hosts were amazing. The pool is giant and deep, but was empty and being cleaned. I loved the stay and would recommend it to anyone who wants some piece and quiet……
