Lily is an amazing host who runs her homestay seemlessly. She is also very knowledgeable and was helpful with providing us great suggestions in how to explore Ninh Binh. The room we stayed in was very clean, spacious, and bright. There were many options for breakfast, and was delicious and on time. Lily (owner) took the stress out of activity planning because she organized a local driver for us very quickly upon our arrival. We paid for laundry service which was extremely convenient, affordable, and timely. And most of all, she was super knowledgeable and made excellent activity recommendations considering our interests and the time we had. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Lily.

Staff at the hotel were very helpful and very friendly, it has been the best place I have stayed when travelling the country. The room was also great and was very spacious and clean, also a wide range of breakfast choices. Would highly recommend this hotel in Tam Coc.

This is the kind of hotel that all travellers expect but seldom find. Here it ticks all the boxes , I could not find a single fault. It was perfect. Spotlessly clean ,immaculate bedrooms and top notch facilities. Adding to all of that the owner and staff were utterly fantastic. They were super friendly and so helpful. So much so I actually returned a few days after leaving because the hotel in Hanoi could nowhere near match the quality and service I received here. I certainly give this hotel a big 5star rating and would recommend to anyone staying in the Tam Coc area of Ninh Binh.

Excellent accommodation

The hosts greeted us with huge smiles the room was clean and modern. Breakfast was good, complimentary use of bicycles was also a bonus. Lilly and her family were welcoming at all times. I highly recommend this home stay.

A must stay when in Ninh Binh

Lily is a wonderful host and was very helpful when planning our trip in Ninh Binh. We had such a pleasant time staying here. The rooms are very clean and the free breakfast plus free bikes were a great addition. We highly recommend staying here during your visit in Ninh Binh!

We are a Vietnamese couple living in the US and visiting Vietnam. During our stay at this homestay, we had a wonderful experience. Lily, the owner, is very thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and felt like home. The breakfast was delicious and customized to our preferences. She helped us book tours, train tickets, and transportation. She even packed some snacks and fruits for us when we were leaving. She also provided free bicycles for us to ride around and gave excellent recommendations on places to visit. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Lily

The room was a lot bigger than I expected. The hostess was very friendly and knowledgeable. The policy of no flushing TP caught me off guard but it’s a minor hiccup. Scooters and bicycles were readily available. The homemade breakfasts were worth it.
