“The property was located on the iconic Royal Mile, however be advised that the staircase is not very kids friendly as it is a steep climb, the apartment has most of the amenities, however it is dated. There was a smell in the washroom all the time. The host was easy to get a hold of and was cooperative.”

“Morris was excellent and quick to respond to any enquiry.Flat is bang in the centre of Edinburgh and hard to imagine a property of this quality anywhere better situated.Steam shower a real treat with fantastic water pressure.My wife and I are 73 and 72 respectively and the stairs up to the flat were initially a bit tiring, but we got used to the ascent fairly quickly. Lots of character in this 200 year old building, overall it is as described, a luxury flat.”

“Excellent location and easy to travel by tram into central Edinburgh. Good for bars and restaurants locally all in walking distance. Parking charges apply if you wish to park outside the property itself. Though owners may offer a parking permit.We did not need a car.”
