"Beautiful property! Very clean, and a responsive host with any questions. I especially liked the little extras that they did, like snacks on the dining room table (especially helpful when we did not arrive until 8:30 pm with no dinner on the way) and the tray of ‘extra items you may have forgotten’ in the bathroom. Just a short walk from the beach. Comfortable bed. Did not use the Murphy bed, so cannot comment on that one in particular, but the king sized bed was nice! Will definitely...

"This location offers an outstanding position, suitable for those mindful of their budget. The rooms were immaculate and well-maintained. However, the lobby and bathroom facilities in the lobby were below par. Additionally, the staff at the lobby service desk seemed unfriendly, often too engrossed to acknowledge guests promptly."

"We were there for Memorial Day weekend. The pool was closed. We had ants in the room. Had issues with the tv. We had the wrong remote for 3 days. The food was ok. Staff service was ok. Parking was good. Would I come back to stay, probably not. Good thing is that it was near airport and restaurants."

"The property was beautiful and staff was very nice. I do wish there were more options for food onsite as well as the rooms were pretty small and we were on the 9th floor so I was a bit surprised (no room fridge). We did have a wonderful time just wasn’t as “resort” like as I expected."

"I booked a handicap room and when I arrived it was not available. The young lady at the front desk went above and beyond and was super friendly. The hotel room has full of love bugs and a couple of roaches and the ac sounded like a airplane getting ready to take of every time it came on. Was very disappointed in the hotel itself but staff was great."

"Been coming to this hotel for the past 6 urs. Sometimes more than once a yr. And this is my last time . Due to a security of the hotel who works at night called Will. According to Will, we couldn’t be outside of the hotel room past 10 pm. If so, we would have to go to the beach or local bar to talk. I went on those vacation to spend time with my family, not to go get drunk at a bar. Or having to go talk at the beach with small children where it was really dark at that time of the night. He even called us un responsable parents. Very disrespectful . Also he stereotyped is saying “you should go back to miami to party instead of coming here”. When he doesn’t even know where we were from. He would chase us. Even when we were seating at our front porch . He threatened us bu saying he was calling the police. Even kicking us out of the property if we wouldn’t go inside the room. He even said, if we don’t come back to the hotel, he was going to get paid the same, and other people would still come. This was a really bad experience. All I wanted to do was going back home the same day. And this is why im not coming back to Tropical Beach Resorts."
