“The whole place was DIRTY. We arrived and the rugs were full of rocks and debris, the floors had not been swept, the patio window as so dirty that there appeared to be foggy looking out, The stairs were so dirty that you could write your name in the dust. There was dirty dishes in the dishwasher, as there was no dishwasher fluid to run it. When we pulled out untensils from the drawer they were dirty with dried food. No dishrags or towels to clean up. The cupboards were dirty, the micowave……

“Absolutely loved this property, the dome glamping concept is over the top! Fully enjoyed the quiet serenity, private location; the view over the Black River valley is amazing - especially at sunrise. Kitchen and bathroom are well put together and thought out. Only suggestion is to add a countertop toaster or pizza oven to be able to bake/cook food. Plenty to do in close proximity if you like to golf, ATV, hike...perfect location! The property manager/owner was promptly responsive and……

“Hotel needs some TLC and housekeeping needs to pay attention to detail. Dusty rooms, no towels ( had to go to front desk to get) makeup on the wall.”
