「The property is beautiful and in an amazing location. We loved seating on the big wraparound porch. The beds were comfortable and there is so much natural light pouring into the house. Super close to the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Absolutely would stay here again.」

「The area was a little iffy looking. The house was good. Area not noisy, it was mostly quiet. Close to everything. 」

「My husband and 2 little dogs loved this house! Pool and back patio was very nice!Back patio is fully fenced in so we felt safe with the dogs off leash.Beds were comfortable. Decor modern. Plenty of space for us!We had all necessities needed.Everything is very close to either eat or shop.Beach is right across street. Not crowded.We absolutely loved our stay!」

「The place was clean and tastefully decorated. It’s a great location with a nice coffee shop across the street and a Greek donut / ice cream shop just around the corner. Also plenty of restaurants within a close walk. 」

「Wonderful place. Has everything you need and so close to the beach!」

「Great stay at Jax Beach. Short 3 block walk to the beach. The garden shed had 3 backpack chairs that we took each day and they worked just fine. I'd suggest bringing a backpack cooler since there wasn't a beach cart and everything had to be carried to and from the beach. There are some beach bags in the house that we filled with towels, snacks, etc...The pier is only 1.5 miles away with a lot of restaurants and night life. 「We were here mostly for appts at the Mayo Clinic, which was very easy to get to about 15 min away. It was great cause the beach was right down the street from this rental and it is very convenient. Shops, restaurants close by as well. Very comfortable stay from check in to check out. Easy communication, had everything we needed and we felt at home. Highly recommend this place you won't be disappointed.」

「Beautiful home in the inside, house was clean and welcoming. Everything that you may need that you would have in your own home, was there. I did wish it was a tv in all rooms. After long day out, i kind of wanted to get away from the rest of fam and watch a good movie, but i had to sit in living area with some. Other than that, nice location middle of everything, i dont even think we were 10 mins from beach. Cant wait til next time!」

「The place was nice in general. However, the carpets were stained, not clean behind furniture, toilets were not working properly, and one of the shower heads had a little hole in it, it sprayed out when trying to shower. No curtains at the dining room or bathroom window. Overall we enjoyed Jacksonville, my old Navy home town.」

「The house was awesome and very clean! Great amenities and very close to the beach and all other fun things Jax beach has to offer! They stay was incredible!」

「This was our 2nd year booking this cozy cottage for the 4th of July and honestly won’t be our last. It’s cozy and quiet (the base helicopter traffic doesn’t bother us) and has great walkable area for exploring and getting your dogs some exercise! The new coffee shop a street over is top tier!!! We love the pool area at the house and our only recommendation is for a patio cover. This property stays in the sun all day and a cover would really help elevate the space and make the patio more usable....
